30-day return policy
You have the right to cancel (withdraw from) your order within 30 days of receipt, stating the reason.
The return period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (not the carrier), acquire physical possession of the product.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, you can send us a clear statement + photo via e-mail stating that you wish to withdraw from the contract. We will confirm your request and then provide you with the return address.
Products must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be in their original condition and bear the original labels and tags
- The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition
- Returned products must show no signs of use
- Hygiene products (such as underwear) cannot be returned if the seal has been broken
If the returned products do not meet these conditions, unfortunately, we cannot process your return. We reserve the right to reject returned products when we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
Return costs
Return costs are borne by the customer.
Returns are always at the sender's risk. Therefore, make sure to obtain proof of shipment with a track & trace code. Lost returns without proof of shipment cannot be reimbursed.
Returns must be sent to our international return address. We do not have a return address within Greece or the European Union.
Returns are processed through our international warehouse. Therefore, shipping costs may be higher than within Greece.
The return address is provided via e-mail after the return declaration.
Refunds
In case of a full return, you receive the entire purchase amount back. In case of a partial return, only the money for the returned products is refunded.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of your return, usually within 3 to 5 business days.
The refund is made via the same payment method you used during the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Return process
Contact our customer service at support@aphroditico.gr
to declare your return and request a return label.
Then send the package to the return address we have provided and make sure the shipment has a track & trace code.
Product exchange
It is also possible to exchange a product for a different size, color, or another product, provided the product is in its original condition, bears the original labels, and has not been worn.
For this purpose, contact us within 30 days of receipt at support@aphroditico.gr.
Any shipping costs for the exchange are borne by the customer.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. For this purpose, contact us as soon as possible at support@aphroditico.gr.
Has the order already been shipped? Then you can return the product within 30 days according to our return conditions.
Did you receive the wrong product or the wrong size? Then we will send you the correct product free of charge.
