When can I expect my order?
To keep our prices as low as possible, La Saav ensures that products are delivered to you directly from the manufacturer or supplier. This is why delivery may take a little longer than you might be used to.
It takes approximately 1–2 business days for your order to be processed.
The average delivery time is:
- Greece: approximately 4–6 business days
The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?
In most cases, orders are delivered within the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, an order can sometimes be delayed.
Have you waited 3 additional business days after the initial delivery time and still not received your order? Then please contact us at support@aphroditico.gr
How much are the shipping costs?
When you order from La Saav, you always benefit from free shipping.
How can I pay for my order?
La Saav always offers secure payment methods. We support the most common payment methods:

- Mastercard
- American Express
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
Some products are missing. How is this possible?
Some orders are sent in multiple packages due to weight restrictions.
To ensure product quality, the products you order may come from different suppliers. This is why it may happen that products are not delivered at the same time.
Don't worry: the rest of your order is on its way. The remaining products are usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?
Unfortunately, it can happen that an order is damaged during delivery. In this case, please contact our customer service immediately at support@aphroditico.gr
Please attach photos of the damage to your email.
Do not return the product before contacting us and sharing the photos. Otherwise, we may not be able to offer you a suitable solution.
Our customer service will process your message as soon as possible and find the best solution with you.
What should I do if I ordered the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or I no longer want the product?
First contact our customer service at support@aphroditico.gr. We will discuss with you what the best solution is.
In case a return is required, you only pay the shipping costs for returning the product.
